Because each Common Thread & Co piece is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.

However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before ordering, as all items are produced specifically for you.


What’s considered a fault?

A fault may include:

  • Printing errors
  • Damage during transit
  • Receiving the incorrect item

Minor variations in colour, placement, or fabric texture are normal with made-to-order production and are not considered faults.


How do I request a return or replacement?

Email us or submit a contract request with the below information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
